Capital. Governance. Growth.
A strategic investment and management firm with interests across energy, construction, logistics, automotive, agribusiness, trade, real estate, and technology. We own, govern, and grow a portfolio of high-performing subsidiaries operating across Africa and beyond.
The governing entity behind a portfolio built to last.
LLG Holdings Limited is not a trading company or an operating entity. It is the command center of the LLG Group.
Its function is to own equity in subsidiaries, allocate capital across the portfolio, provide strategic governance, and build long-term enterprise value across Africa and beyond. Each subsidiary operates independently in its sector, while Holdings provides the capital, oversight, and strategic direction that ensures every business grows as part of one coherent, durable group.

Driven by governance.
A diversified African investment and management holding company with interests across energy, logistics, construction, agribusiness, automotive, trade, real estate, and technology — driven by innovation, sustainability, and impact. We are structured for long-term relevance, not short-term positioning.
The brain and backbone of the LLG ecosystem.
LLG Holdings Limited does not manage day-to-day operations — that is the role of our subsidiaries. The Holdings company exists to do three things well: own the right businesses, allocate capital with discipline, and hold every entity within the group to the standard that makes long-term growth possible.
We are an African holding company with global intent. The sectors we operate in are chosen because they are foundational to infrastructure, trade, and economic development across the continent, and because they complement one another in ways that create group-wide competitive advantages unavailable to single-sector operators.
What the Holdings company does.
Investment & Portfolio Management
Owning equity in subsidiaries, acquiring businesses in complementary sectors, and overseeing group company performance from a capital and governance standpoint.
Capital Allocation
Directing capital to where it creates the most value within the group: subsidiary expansion, joint venture co-investment, and selective external opportunities.
Strategic Governance
Board-level oversight of all subsidiaries, group-wide risk management, financial compliance, and performance reporting against defined targets.
Group Brand & Reputation
Managing how the LLG Group is positioned, perceived, and represented to investors, partners, governments, and the public.
A holding company built for global relevance.
Beyond owning and governing subsidiaries, LLG Holdings operates as a disciplined, governance-driven investment institution across a coherent set of strategic business lines.
Financial Investments & Capital Ventures
Private equity and venture capital, holdings in listed companies, debt financing for group and third-party projects, and investment partnerships with institutional investors.
Strategic Advisory & Management
Corporate governance and board-level management, strategic planning, financial structuring, risk management, and stakeholder relations across the group.
Technology & Innovation
Investing in fintech, agri-tech, energy-tech and logistics-tech; group-wide digital platforms and ERP; and a venture lab for African innovators.
Energy, Environment & Sustainability
An ESG-aligned portfolio spanning renewables, waste-to-energy and circular-economy ventures, carbon-offset initiatives, and green infrastructure.
Real Estate & Asset Management
Commercial property and leasing, estate development partnerships, leisure-property management, and land banking for future developments.
International Trade & Partnerships
Joint ventures and supply contracts, import-export facilitation across Africa, Europe and Asia, and participation in global development and infrastructure programs.
Human Capital & Leadership
A group-wide leadership academy, talent pipelines for subsidiaries, and succession planning and executive governance systems.
Philanthropy & Social Impact
The Lardi-Glawu Foundation as the group's social arm — education, skills, entrepreneurship, community development, and sustainability.
Why we exist, and where we are going.
To build, govern, and grow a portfolio of high-performing businesses that create lasting economic value across Africa, generate long-term returns for the group, and contribute meaningfully to the communities we operate in.
To become a globally recognized African holding company, trusted by partners and investors, respected for governance and impact, and positioned as a durable institution across generations.
Discipline over ambition. We grow at the rate our governance can support, not faster.
Integration over isolation. Every subsidiary strengthens the whole.
Impact alongside profit. What we build must matter beyond the balance sheet.
The people who govern and lead the group.

Elom Leonard Lardi-Glawu
Elom Leonard Lardi-Glawu is the Executive Chairman of LLG Holdings Limited — a strategic thinker, investor, and business leader with deep expertise across petroleum, logistics, construction, mobility, agriculture, and governance.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in long-term value creation, institutional strength, and building businesses that outlive their founders. Through LLG Holdings, he has built a diversified group designed to solve real problems across energy, infrastructure, mobility, food systems, trade, and human empowerment.
He believes African enterprises can operate at global standards while remaining deeply connected to local impact. Under his leadership, LLG Holdings combines commercial success with sustainability and social responsibility through The Lardi-Glawu Foundation. His work is guided by discipline, governance, innovation, and a commitment to building enduring institutions.
LLG Holdings Limited is founded in Accra, Ghana.
LLG Construction Group, Autohaus, Logistics Group, Nexus Global, and Savannah Ridge are established, alongside The Lardi-Glawu Foundation.
LLG Energy is established to operate across the full petroleum and renewables value chain.
Building toward institutional partnerships, market expansion, and long-term capital-markets readiness.
Long-term thinking.
Executable direction.
LLG Holdings is built to last across generations. Every structural and investment decision is made against that standard, not against quarterly performance alone.
The sectors are not random.
They are chosen because they are foundational to the African economy, they support one another operationally, and they provide the kind of stable, long-term demand that survives economic cycles.
Energy feeds into logistics. Logistics feeds into construction. Construction feeds into real estate. Nexus Global supplies industrial inputs across the group. Savannah Ridge produces food for the hospitality and retail market. The integration is deliberate — it creates group-wide competitive advantages that no single-sector operator can replicate.
The framework behind every decision.
African Infrastructure
Foundational demand that will grow for decades. No guesswork required.
Vertical Integration
Reduces external dependency, improves margins, and creates proprietary advantages.
Governance First
The only way to attract institutional capital and global partners on our terms.
ESG Alignment
Not cosmetic — the language of the international capital markets we are building toward.
Technology Adoption
Reduces cost, improves client visibility, and makes the group legible to sophisticated partners.
Talent & Leadership
Every strategic plan is executed by people. People determine long-term group value.
Building toward a stock exchange listing.
LLG Holdings is structured with a future listing in mind: clean subsidiary separation, auditable financials at both holding and subsidiary levels, independent governance at the board level, and a diversified portfolio that institutional investors recognize as resilient.
A listing is not a near-term event. It is the result of building the company correctly from the start. Every governance decision and financial practice is evaluated against whether it would hold up to the scrutiny of a listed company.
We engage from a position of clarity.
We are not in the business of chasing partnerships for the prestige of the association. We look for partners who bring capital, technical expertise, market access, or operational capability that makes LLG group companies measurably stronger.
Our credibility is built on what we can demonstrate: a well-governed holding structure, a coherent portfolio with sector depth, and a track record of executing in our markets.

LLG Energy operates across upstream, midstream, and downstream petroleum activities, while advancing renewable energy, engineering, and maintenance services to deliver reliable, sustainable energy solutions across Africa and beyond.

How the Foundation is governed.
The Foundation operates as a legally separate entity from LLG Holdings Limited, with its own registration, governance charter, trustee board, and audited financial statements. Annual financial reports are published and publicly available. Its work is sustained through a fixed allocation of LLG Group profits, grants and CSR partnerships, and long-term endowment funds — financial sustainability rather than dependence on one-time donations.
Education, empowerment, sustainable development.
We welcome corporate CSR programs, development organisations, grant-making bodies, and individual supporters — through corporate partnerships, institutional co-funding, in-kind support, and individual giving. We actively pursue collaborations with global development partners such as the UNDP, UNICEF, the Mastercard Foundation, and GIZ.
